Better than dealer service at less than dealer prices. I had a broken driver side inside handle and they quoted a better price to do the full Mercedes treatment (which would involve replacing the entire door panel) - and then went the extra mile and found a kit that didn't require replacing the door panel. Great communication (thanks Louie) and timely service. So happy I found them with my annual service coming due.

Pouring rain out and my 2000 Mercedes ML320 quits. Decided to have the car towed to Jeff's. After a few minutes of analysis, they determined that the Crank Position Sensor was bad. Quick repair and I was on my way. I highly recommend Jeff's Mercedes. They were efficient, honest as well as reasonably priced.
