I can't believe I was lucky enough to find Jeff's Mercedes Auto Service. I have been taking my car to Simonson since I bought it 6 years ago and although they always do a nice job and the service advisor has been a pleasure to work with, it is very expensive. When I had an issue with an electronic door lock, I was quoted a very high price, so I called Jeff's and they were familiar with the issue and quoted me a price about 2/3's less, saving me hundreds of dollars! They also checked the entire car and gave me recommendations for things I knew would be ready for replacement. They never pressured me and I felt like I had known "Louie" forever! It is so good to know there are still a few truly HONEST businesses in town. I would drive many miles if I had to, just to trust them again with my car!
