I've been bringing my E550 to Jeff's for about 7 years. I credit them with bringing to my attention a production problem that Mercedes was just becoming aware (that resulted in a class action lawsuit suit) and suggesting that I make the fix. It saved my car and motor from going to the scrap heap. Ever since they are the only people who service my creampuff. They are honest fair and forward thinking in proactive service.

I Change a front right low beam bulb. They served me in good manner.

My grandfather brought his car here 25 cars ago. My father brought his car to Jeff's and now I am the 3rd generation bringing my Mercedes to Jeff's. The work is excellent. The prices are very fair and I love the fact that the work is done typically before I expect the car to be ready!
