Jeff and Louie are Great

My experience at Jeff's Auto was just shy of excellent. Louie was very clear and thorough on his diagnosis. The only reason Jeff's did not get a perfect score I indicator light came right back on after I picked up the car, and I had to return the car for another day in the shop but after the second visit, the car runs much better! Louie is very helpful, knowledgeable, and available. I will take my car back to Jeff's Auto in the future if and when I have work that's needed on the car. Overall, I'm very happy!

Jeff and Louie are good people. The first repairs they did on my E320 CDI 2005,, they took way too long. But otherwise they seem to know what they are doing and be honest. which is more than what can be said of many repair stations. I recommend them

The crew at Jeff's are friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The free wi-if and coffee are nice, too.

Jeff and Louis always take good care of my cars and this experience was typical. I dropped my car off, they did a once-over to spot the problem and added a diagnostic routine while they had the car there. Everything was done to my satisfaction and the communication was thorough and transparent.

the customer service was very great.I really feel comfortable there is no hidden fees.didn't feel any pressure on misleaded.professional staff.I'm never going back to the dealer.
