I can't sing high enough praises for Jeff, Louis and the guys. Lets just say the daily updates, layman's explanations to carspeak, effort to find refurbished parts, receipts emailed to your inbox and just honest customer service with a smile is what keeps me going back. Highly recommend especially if you're a woman who doesn't want to feel duped by your mechanic.

Jeff -Simply put, my recent experience at your shop was excellent. It wemnt exactly as you said it would. I arrived at the precise time you siggested, the young man from the. Company who does your smog-cjecking arrived soon thereafter, my car was back within the hour, the $68 charge seemed reasonable...and it "PASSED"!!! I soon on my way, and back at my office by 10:30...what else could I have wished for? That's why you've been our MBZ service provider for the past 10 years. Keep up the good work...and get a few more of those comfortable chairs for your waiting room...that would be a nice touch.Hank Friedman.

Went in to fix my headlights because they weren't projecting properly for my Mercedes E350. Having a specialty in Mercedes Benz vehicles, they took a professional approach in fixing my car. They used a computer system that connects to my car's computer system and were able to detect what the problem was. Very quick, professional, I was happy about my service.

Jeff has kept my car smoothly sailing for almost a decade. If I have options, he lays them out clearly. I've never had a problem with any of the work & many minor issues have been fixed on the spot. Jeff always seems to go out of his way just to go that, well, extra mile. Really smart, nice guys here!

Every time I go to Jeff's I leave with a smile on my face. They're never too busy to explain what's really going on in your car - and they often have more than one way to get it fixed. Todd and Jeff are the best and, frankly,if you're driving a Mercedes, if its old or its new, you really shouldn't be going to anyone else. Unless you enjoy throwing your money away. As always, the service was nothing short of excellent. My car was in for the 120,000 service. Louie kept me updated about what needed to be done and costs. He also let me know what things (like replacing the spark plugs) didn't need to be done.
