Jeff has been taking care of my cars (Mercedes) for more than 20 years. Once on my realtively new Mercedes SUV, I had a persistent problem that the Mercedes service department couldn't fix after countless visits. Jeff checked it out, traced the problem and fixed it in one day. I can't tell you how many times I driven into Jeff's with a problem, minor or otherwise, without an appointment and he always graciously took time to fix it or tell me what was wrong and what I needed. He was always nothing but honest with me. Jeff's expertise and quality workmanship and that of his staff, are unmatched. I highly recommend him.

Jeff is a throwback who combines technical proficiency with practicle approach to Mercedes maintanence. I have owned many MBZ cars and serviced them with many different independents and dealers. Jeff is clearly the best at keeping my car up to snuff and doing it without excess costs. I will keep the car (or get another MBZ) just to keep Jeff.
